Students’ Research

Our Student’s research spread across areas of application of remote sensing, spatial technology, hydrographic mapping, geohazard mapping and disaster management, deformation studies, engineering surveying, geodetic surveys, and GPS surveying.

Departmental library

The department has a functional library with top-notch textbooks and computers for e-library operation. Over 500 local and international textbooks and e-books are in the library for students and staff use.

Awards

The department is proud to have award-winning staff. Her staff won the best in Survey laws and overall best in SURCON 2019 professional examinations and Institutional Based Research grant of the University and a couple of others. Even the students have won awards as the best in the faculty consecutively for years and so on.
